Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have been supper BUSY with dance. Ever since Jump my knee has been hurting though. I have hyperextended knees and I guess I overworked it and it started to hurt. I tried to take it easy and last Friday it started to feel better. Last weekend though I had choreography for like 8 hours with a guest choreographer and that make it hurt more. I have been icing it and putting arnica and tiger balm on it but it still kinda hurts. I haven't told my teacher yet because she was getting mad because a lot of people lately have been getting injured. Also this weekend there is a fundraiser for my dance group so this is kinda a bad time so I hope it feels better soon.
